We are opening a new generation of preschool care!

Because children deserve more than just "being looked after"… they deserve a place where they can grow, do sport, discover the world and be themselves. Kentíci – sportovci® are opening a children's group for ages 0–3 and a bilingual sports preschool for ages 3–6.

The traffic playground for children from 2 years

We guide children towards movement and towards the basics of safety in a playful, natural way. On the traffic playground children pick up their first road rules, develop coordination and learn to pay attention to their surroundings. Lessons last about 30–45 minutes in a small group with an individual approach.

What children experience during the lessons:

• getting to know the playground – road, pavement, crossing
• traffic lights and colours (red – I stop, green – I go, amber – I get ready)
• crossing the road safely
• riding balance bikes and scooters
• their first road signs ("STOP", "Give way")
• playing cars and playing the police officer directing traffic
• an obstacle course and why a helmet and reflective items matter
• and to finish, a little race in the form of a game

What children take away:

• basic orientation in a traffic environment
• their first safe-behaviour habits
• better coordination and confidence in movement
• the ability to respond to simple instructions
• the joy of moving and playing together

Tennis for toddlers (ages 2–3)

Lesson length 30–40 minutes · group of max. 4–6 children · the aim: a relationship with sport, coordination and the joy of moving. We use soft foam balls and a playful approach with no pressure to perform.

What the children go through:

• 1. Meeting the ball – rolling, throwing, "Find your ball"
• 2. Movement and reactions – an obstacle course, the game "Red–green"
• 3. The racket as a friend – "Carrying a pizza", holding the racket
• 4. Judging distance – hand–eye coordination, throwing at a target
• 5. The first stroke – simple racket-to-ball contact
• 6. Movement + stroke – run up → hit, short rallies
• 7. Direction and target – "Hit the colour", aiming at cones
• 8. Working together – "Pass it to your friend", passes along the ground
• 9. A mini match – the joy of the game, not performance
• 10. A little tournament – stations, a certificate and praise for every child

Overnight childcare at Kentíci

Do you need to rest, go to the theatre or out for dinner, or sleep through the night? We now offer overnight childcare at our club in Velké Přílepy.

Children arrive by 19:00 at the latest – they can carry straight on from the afternoon playroom. A relaxed evening awaits them: a bath, a great dinner, bedtime stories and calm falling asleep under the constant eye of our experienced carers. Parents can look in on their children through the camera system. After 7:00 children can carry straight on into morning childcare.

A summer programme for older preschool children too

Although our Klubík is primarily aimed at the youngest children, during the summer holidays we think of preschoolers as well. We have qualified staff with a teaching background who prepare a meaningful programme for older children – physical activities, crafts, time outdoors and more independent activities. Capacity is limited to 10 children at each branch.

Practical information:

• price CZK 155 / hour
• a deposit of CZK 2,000 is paid when you submit the application
• we then calculate an approximate price based on the dates you choose
• final billing takes place after attendance ends, based on the hours actually taken
