This is what Velké Přílepy looks like
Two groups by age
Our Klubík has two children's groups. The first, for the youngest – the "Kentíčci" – is made up of children from 6 to 16 months. The second group, the "Kentíci", is made up of children from 12 to 24 months and older. We assess each child's move from the Kentíčci to the Kentíci individually, together with their parents.
Older children who for some reason cannot attend preschool are welcome too – perhaps they have trouble with toileting, cannot concentrate for long or have difficulty speaking. We work with every child individually, according to their age, and never push them into anything. Our programme focuses on careful, effective preparation for preschool and for life.
Long-term childcare

Full-time attendance
- 4–5 days a week: CZK 5,000 / month

Attendance in a nutshell
You can enrol your child for 1–5 days a week, from 7:00 to 15:00 (collection by 19:00). Arrival by 9:00, while free play is under way – we lock the door at 9:00. Collection is possible from 12:30 to 13:00 and then from 15:00. Children cannot be enrolled for childcare after 15:00. In the afternoon, 15:00–19:00, the playroom is open to children with their parents, and at weekends we hold birthday parties.

The daily routine is carefully thought through and full of joyful movement – from obstacle courses to dancing and ball games.

A child who does not sleep or who wakes up is not kept in their cot – they go and play or join the others outdoors.
15:00–19:00 the children's playroom is available to the public – in that case parents are responsible for their children.
Overnight childcare
Do you need to rest, go to the theatre or out for dinner, or sleep through the night? Your children can stay overnight safely with us in the calm setting of the Klubík in Velké Přílepy.
Children arrive by 19:00 at the latest – they can carry straight on from the afternoon playroom. A relaxed evening awaits them: a bath, a great dinner, bedtime stories and calm falling asleep under the constant eye of our experienced carers. Parents can look in on their children through the camera system. After 7:00 children can carry straight on into morning childcare.

Children's playroom open to the public
In the afternoon our playroom is open to all children up to 8 years of age with an adult. Admission for one child and one adult is CZK 90/hour – Klubík members can use up unspent hours from their regular childcare.

Childcare from six months old?
In western countries, facilities like ours are an ordinary part of family life. Here that is not yet a given – and that is exactly why we created Kentíci.
Our playroom came about thanks to one little boy and his wonderful parents. They both work for international companies, are active sportspeople and were looking for a place where their child would feel safe and develop at the same time – not just looked after, but supported. If the retirement age for us grandmothers had not been changed, perhaps the grandparents would be doing the childcare. But that too is the reality of our times.
What young children notice most is how we care for them – not necessarily who we are. If the care is given with love, security and respect, a child can feel good somewhere other than at home too.
Some mothers may find that hard to hear at first. But a few visits to our playroom are often enough to change their minds – not because they are giving up their role, but because they gain support and peace of mind.
Gradual settling in is a matter of course here: the child comes with a parent, we play together and get to know each other. After a few visits we are no longer "the carers" – we are friends of the parents and the gang for the children.
Even three hours twice a week can significantly improve the quality of life of a whole family. Meanwhile your child plays, exercises, learns new skills and overcomes small challenges. You can cook in peace, tidy up, deal with work from home, or take some time for yourself – and perhaps for your relationship.
Your child grows mentally and physically as a result. And you gain confidence – not only in us, but in yourself as a parent.
None of us has a monopoly on the truth. But those who try it once know. Let us not judge paths we have not walked ourselves. Let us not judge parents who want to raise a balanced, contented person with a love of sport, movement and the joy of life.
